I have been practicing massage therapy since 2001, and I am always learning new techniques to be prepared for what comes my way. I hope to get the opportunity to meet you and make a difference in your life.  I offer the highest...

Welcome

Is massage a cure for an ailment, a way to maintain good health, or a means to pamper yourself? The answer is all of these.  Massage can be curative, preventative, and soothing all in one. You can opt to have specific muscle groups worked to deal with a particular problem, or you may just want to spend an hour getting an all-over body massage purely for muscle (and mind) relaxation.

There are four main stages of healing through massage: relief, correction, strengthening, and maintenance. The first few sessions of massage therapy aim to relieve pain, reduce muscle tension and relax stressed nerves. The relief sessions focus on the symptoms of the problem. When the pain is gone, your therapist will work on the problem that caused the pain by stimulating your lymphatic system and freeing knotted and scarred muscle fibers.  Strengthening the tissues near the injury, enables them to provide adequate support once the injury heals, and maintenance prevents new problems from occurring.

My goal is to provide advanced therapeutic and relaxation massage in a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment.   My services include a variety of massage techniques that are designed to relieve  pain and stress related to day-to-day living, while aiding in the rehabilitation of physical injuries.
